Handle accounts with 100M+ followers, deletes, mutes, blocks and protected accounts, plus cursor pagination. Focus on what is specific to Twitter: two timelines with different storage layouts, reposts and conversations. Generic ranked-feed questions are covered by the News Feed problem.
